Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 4 August 2026
1. The agreement
By creating an account on paginato.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.
2. The service
Paginato provides a website builder: a visual editor, hosting, a yourname.paginato.com address, optional custom domains with automatic HTTPS, blogging, forms and online payments. We keep improving the service, which means features can change; we will not remove a capability your paid plan depends on without notice.
3. Your account
You must give a working email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One person or organisation per account; you may not sell or transfer an account without our consent.
4. Plans, trial and payment
- The Starter plan is the entry plan, billed monthly within its published limits.
- Paid plans (Starter, Business, Reseller) are billed per month at the prices shown on the pricing page, and start with a 14-day free trial. We do not ask for a card before the trial; when it ends, your site keeps running while you decide.
- You can cancel whenever you like. Your site stays up until the period you already paid for ends; we do not give refunds for the remainder of a started period.
- If a renewal payment fails, we will remind you before anything is suspended.
- Prices can change; existing subscribers are informed by email at least 30 days in advance.
5. Your content
Everything you create or upload remains yours. You grant us the technical licence needed to store it, back it up and deliver it to your visitors — nothing more. You are responsible for having the rights to what you publish.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Paginato to publish or distribute content that is illegal, that infringes the rights of others, or that harms visitors — including malware, phishing pages, deceptive impersonation of other people or brands, and unsolicited bulk mail. We may remove such content or suspend the account that publishes it, and where the law demands it we will report it.
7. Domains
A custom domain you connect stays registered in your name, with your registrar — it is yours before, during and after Paginato. The yourname.paginato.com address is provided by us as part of the service; we may reclaim an address that squats on someone else's name or trademark.
8. Leaving
You can export your pages, images and posts at any time by asking us. A domain you own simply gets pointed somewhere else. Closing your account deletes your sites as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that materially breaches these terms — above all the acceptable-use rules — or whose payment remains outstanding after our reminders. Where reasonable, we warn first and suspend before we delete.
10. Availability
We aim to keep Paginato and your sites online around the clock, but the service is provided as is: maintenance windows, outages of upstream providers and faults do occur, and no specific uptime is guaranteed on any plan. We keep backups of the platform, but they do not replace your own copies of irreplaceable material.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profit or lost data, to the extent such a limitation is permitted.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Before going to court, we will always try to resolve a dispute directly with you first.
13. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the new version is published on this page with a new date above. For changes that meaningfully affect you, we will email you at least 14 days before they take effect; continuing to use the service after that date means you accept them.
