1. Who we are

Paginato ("we", "us") operates paginato.com, a website builder that lets you create and publish websites without writing code. This policy explains what personal data we collect from you as our customer, and what happens to data on the sites you build with us.

2. What we collect

  • Account details — your email address and the name of your site. Your password is stored only as a cryptographic hash; nobody at Paginato can read it.
  • Your site content — the pages, posts, images and files you create or upload. We store them in order to publish your site; they remain yours.
  • Billing information — payments are handled by Stripe, PayPal or Midtrans. Your card or wallet details go to them, not to us; we keep only the record of what was paid, when, and for which plan.
  • Technical logs — IP address, browser type and requested pages, kept for security, debugging and abuse prevention.
  • Cookies — a session cookie to keep you signed in and a preference cookie for your language. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

3. How we use it

We use this data to run the service: publishing your site, processing your subscription, answering support requests, sending service messages (receipts, trial reminders, security notices) and keeping the platform safe. We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.

4. Who we share it with

Only with the providers needed to run the service: payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Midtrans) and the infrastructure that hosts and delivers your site. Each receives only what it needs for its task. Beyond that, we disclose data only when the law requires it.

5. Visitors of the sites you build

If you collect personal data on a site you build with Paginato — for example through a contact form — you are responsible for that data and for informing your visitors. We store and process it on your behalf and do not use it for our own purposes. Visitor enquiries about a customer's site should be directed to the site owner.

6. Retention, export and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can ask for an export of your pages, images and posts at any time. When you close your account, your sites and content are deleted, and remaining copies expire from backups within 90 days.

7. Security

All traffic to Paginato and to every site we host is encrypted with HTTPS, and passwords are stored hashed. No online service can promise perfect security, but if we learn of a breach that affects you, we will inform you without undue delay.

8. Children

Paginato is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

9. Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date above. If a change meaningfully affects your rights, we will also email you before it takes effect.
